Getting started with CitiCharge is a breeze. Install the app, available on IOS and Android. Whether you choose to register and unlock exclusive benefits or simply continue as a guest, you're always welcome in our electric community.

Seamless Payment Integration

CitiCharge makes it simple – add your preferred payment method once, and you're all set. Charging your vehicle has never been this convenient, secure, and cashless. Plus, for our regular users, we offer the flexibility to top up your CitiCharge credit within the app. It's a convenient in-app payment method designed for frequent travellers.

Charge Your Way

Flexibility is at your fingertips with CitiCharge. Scan the QR code displayed on the charger for an instant connection to power or manually select your desired charge point ID. Once you've selected your charging point, tap "start charge" and plug in your electric vehicle.

Monitor Progress with Ease

Stay informed while your vehicle charges. The CitiCharge App provides real-time updates on your charging session.

End Charge

When it's time to hit the road again, simply access the app and choose "end charge." Your chosen payment method will be billed automatically, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

When ready, simply drive on.
